Who are WE?

Our Way Productions is dedicated to supporting smaller musical, theatrical, and event projects by creating opportunities free of participation fees and audience guarantees. We aim to reimburse contributors, pay for talents when possible, and reinvest in infrastructure to reduce production costs and increase future artist compensation.

Our purpose is to create an entity that supports smaller musical, theatrical, and event projects that don’t suit the needs of larger organisations. Our goal is to be able to reimburse the costs of those who contribute to our success and to pay them for their talents whenever possible.

With this in mind our intention is to use some of the financial gains of the VoF to build the physical infrastructure to lower the costs of rental requirements such as sound and lighting equipment etc. This will, in the future, give us the opportunity to offer more financial compensation to those who support our endeavours through whatever contributions they have to offer.


  • Founder

    George, an expat from the U.S., has spent his life in one or another aspect of the theatre, from working with children, teens and amateurs to his time spent in the professional world.

    He has produced, directed, performed, and worked as a lighting designer and technical director throughout a large number of diverse opportunities. That has seen him divide his time between being an artistic-director for three different theatre companies, directing everything from opera to children’s theater, and from musicals to film work. His hope is to prove that smaller, intimate, productions can be lucrative enough to survive and thrive in the English-speaking theatrical community within The Netherlands and bring some of the classic American theatre that the country often doesn’t have the opportunity to experience.

Our Way Productions is led by a dedicated team of two passionate individuals who are committed to bringing creativity and excellence to every project.

  • Founder

    After a lifetime as a jurist and ethicist in his own law firm, Evert-Ben has turned his eye on one of his life long passions; creating and supporting art. Since partially stepping away from the rigours of medical privacy policy and big data, creating ethics regulations, and writing the Dutch medical codes of conduct he’s looking forward to running the day to day operations of a small production company. His goal now is see to that Our Way Productions runs like a well oiled machine, creating new opportunities for audiences and performers alike to participate in art projects that often go overlooked.
